Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Welcome to Professor Tech — Office Tools Studio, a free set of browser-based office tools run by Muhammad Uzaif Jakhar (“Professor Tech”, “we”, “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
Professor Tech provides sixteen free online tools for everyday office work — image upscaling, compression, conversion and resizing; PDF creation, merging, splitting and conversion to images; word counting and text tools; Excel/CSV conversion; a CV builder; and small utilities such as a QR generator, password generator, age calculator and unit converter. All tools run inside your browser; your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us.
Free use
- The tools are free for personal, educational and office/commercial use.
- No account or registration is required.
- You are responsible for having the right to use any file, image or text you process with the tools.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the tools for unlawful purposes or to process material you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting.
- Do not misrepresent files produced with these tools as official or certified documents.
Results and accuracy
Tool results are provided “as is”. Conversions, calculations and generated files are produced by software in your browser and may occasionally be imperfect. Always check important documents, figures and dates before using them for official purposes. Keep your own backup copies of important files — because your files never reach us, we cannot recover them for you.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The website and tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Professor Tech and Muhammad Uzaif Jakhar are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its results.
Intellectual property
The Professor Tech name, branding and website design belong to Muhammad Uzaif Jakhar. Files and documents you create with the tools are entirely yours.
External links and services
The site loads code libraries and fonts from third-party CDNs and may link to WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes
We may update these terms or change, suspend or remove any tool at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Professor Tech — by Muhammad Uzaif Jakhar
Assalam-o-Alaikum! I’m Muhammad Uzaif Jakhar — a graphics designer and computer expert, and the person behind Professor Tech. I built this toolbox from the real work that comes into my shop (Friends Graphics) every day, so students, office staff and shopkeepers can finish their computer tasks quickly, free, and without installing anything.
